The Reserve Forces' and Cadets' Association are responsible for promoting the Volunteer Reserve Forces of all three services within the community through liaison with local authorities, employers, trade unions and other influential groups. In addition to our recruiting and publicity responsibilities for the TA and Cadets, RFCA's have particular responsibility for all Territorial Army buildings, Cadet accommodation and some training facilities.
