603 (City of Edinburgh) Sqn re-formed as an Operational Support Sqn (OSS) in 1999. 603 Squadron is one of the Royal Air Force (RAF) Operational Support Squadrons, responsible for providing a pool of trained personnel to assist in the protection of aircraft, assets and personnel.
